Universitas Muhammadiyah (Unismuh) Makassar through the PKU Muhammadiyah Unismuh Makassar Hospital opens recruitment for its healthcare professionals. On this occasion, Unismuh organized an interview test on Wednesday (21/09). A hundred and thirteen applicants participated in this interview. Every applicant was required to master three materials, including first, commitment; second, professionality; third, Islamic and Muhammadiyah understanding.
The Vice-Rector II Unismuh, Prof Andi Sukri Syamsuri mentioned that the applicant’s commitment could be portrayed from the loyalty to the Muhammadiyah institution, could maintain the good name of PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital, and could be reliable to carry out the duties. He also highlighted that they should uphold the institutional interest rather than personal and be responsive to the leaders’ policies.
From overall applicants, Prof Andi Sukri Syamsuri noted that they had a good commitment, however, several applicants intended to be part-time at the hospital. “The ones who preferred part-time were people who had another job in another place, so they chose part-time. And it is not wrong because the rule permits it,” Prof Andi Sukri said.
Meanwhile, Prof Andi Sukri expected more full-time candidates to be selected. “In percentage, 90% full-time candidates and 10% part-time,” said Prof Andi Sukri, while adding more information about the separate interview for the part-time applicants.
