STIKes Muh Bojonegoro becomes a healthcare training organizer for emotional control on Sunday (26/06). The STIKes Muh Bojonegoro training raised the topic “Emotional Health: To Reach Stability in Emotional Health” to maintain emotional control. It is organized by targeting public awareness. Tenth of participants from various elements, including high school and college students, communities, and political cadres following the program. The training is also organized by observing the importance of emotional health for everyone to face their problems. It invited a single speaker, Dr Suyoto, an academician and politician.
Dr Suyoto, familiarly known as Kang Yoto, explained that emotional self-control was within ourselves. “Remote control of life depends on ourselves, in our own brain,” he said. Mental health can define how someone maintains their stress, social relationship, and makes decisions. According to him, healthy emotion is good for social life because it can contribute to the community and surroundings.
Furthermore, Kang Yono also explained that emotional health would influence physical health. Someone with healthy emotions was proven to have less risk of chronic diseases. “For example liver, stroke, diabetes, and heart attack,” he said. It can impact how productive someone is. Therefore, Kang Yono also teaches how the brain can normally function in activities, behave, and control emotion and stress.
