Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof Dr Hamka (UHAMKA) laid the cornerstone for the construction of CBT and OSCE buildings located in the Faculty of Pharmacy and Science (FFS), Klender, East Jakarta.

In his remarks, Gunawan Suryoputro, the Rector of Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof Dr Hamka mentioned the outline that the building would be constructed by one of UHAMKA companies, namely PT UTAMA, established for CBT and OSCE purposes. However, the building also could be a multi-learning building. “It is a regulation made by the health association as an instrument to test the students for the final assignment,” he said on Thursday (11/02).

Moreover, Gunawan explained that building construction is essential due to technology integration. “Recently, the students which come from Millenial generations love to learn this kind of technology. The lecturers were expected to keep developing the learning module to use various technology media,” he added.

In addition to CBT and OSCE establishment, the buildings also could be occupied for the Faculties of Health Science and Medical Science. “We should be grateful because we can develop infrastructure to facilitate the students’ improvement. Therefore, the student can upgrade their skill to create qualified human resources for the nation’s necessities,” he concluded. [] UHAMKA / Diktilitbang
