UMKO As The Only Campus in Lampung Received Funding for Distance Learning

Universitas Muhammadiyah Kotabumi, once again, got a prideful achievement this year. Universitas Muhammadiyah Kotabumi (UMKO), the University in Lampung established in the last two years, succeeded in receiving financial support from Kemdikbud in implementing Distance Learning. UM Kotabumi became the only representative from Higher Education Institutions in Lampung Province. This achievement was the second funding after UMKO received a similar achievement in the last 2020.

The coordinator for the proposal submission of distance learning UMKO, Nur Mei Ningsih, M.Pd explained that the agenda’s output in the previous year was twelve educational videos. Meanwhile, this year, it was increased the video quantity output by 20 educational videos. “Alhamdulillah, from the proposal we have submitted, UMKO which was represented by Indonesian Language and Literature Department succeeded to pass and got the Kemdikbud funding. This is a good achievement in the last two years. Hopefully, we can carry out the trust given to us and get useful outcomes for all parties,” Nur Mei Ningsih said.

The funding from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology was announced on the official website of dikti.kemdikbud.go.id. A hundred and one higher education institutions in Indonesia succeeded in getting funding from the proposal they have submitted in this agenda.
