Prof Dr H Chairil Anwar’s Remarks

Afterwards, Prof Dr H Chairil Anwar delivered his remarks that LT Batch 7 becomes an illustration that leadership is a nurturing process (from training, preparation, practice), not a natural process. “In the implementation, Leadership Training presented various simulations from the higher education institution management system,” he said.

Prof Chairil Anwar also appreciated all higher education institution leaders that served as Best Practice Campuses in Leadership Training. He also expected that all MHEIs have the same relative quality as others. “The success of education in a country might be seen as its education on the same relative qualities in all universities,” he stated the analogy. Therefore, he added that there should be collaborations and cooperation (taawun) to improve MHEIs in Indonesia.
