She was one of Micro Enterprises’ owners that achieved the community service activity from Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta (UMY). Munjiati Manawaroh conducted the program as one of the Management Department lecturers in the Faculty of Economics and Business, UMY, who carried out the community service activity in Kadipiro, Kasihan, Bantul Yogyakarta. The service was conducted in providing business management assistance.
Munjiati explained that the activity provides solutions in micro-enterprise management for businesses, especially in the Covid-19 pandemic. “The contribution of community partnership program was by conducting the management asisstance and directly benefiting to businesses of micro-enterprises, and the community in general, especially in economic and education aspect,” she said.
The booth-cart aids to support the business owners to develop the product branding. Because the booth also displayed the name of the business, the product picture, and the contact person to serve customers in ordering the products. They commented that the product had more hygiene with neat, clean, exciting packaging. The program implemented Higher Education Caturdharma from the UMY Management study program as part of the Muhammadiyah foundation. “We expect that the program will provide a lot of advantages for the micro-business,” Munjiati said on Sunday (08/08).
