Universitas Muhammadiyah Bangka Belitung (Unmuh Babel) held Coordination Meeting and Work Program Arrangement last Friday (20/8). The meeting organizer was the collaboration of several study programs, including Elementary School Teacher (PGSD), Physical, Health, and Tourism Science (PJKR), Mathematics (PMTK), and English Teacher (PBI). The four study programs were under the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP). The Vice-Dean I FKIP Unmuh Babel, Muhammad Eka M. Simbolon, MPd, attended the meeting. In addition, the Heads of PGSD, PJKR, PMTK, and PBI study programs also attended. They were Romadon ST MPd, Widati Amalin Ulfah MPd, Yudi Yunika Putra MPd, and Iful Rahmawati Mega MPd, respectively.
The Dean of FKIP Unmuh Babel, Yuanita MPd explained, as recorded in the official Unmuh Bangka Belitung site, the coordination meeting was conducted routine before starting the new academic year. Meanwhile, the purpose of the program arrangement was to have the same vision as the Study Program, Faculty, and University in general. FKIP also expected that the program arrangement, in the future, could adjust the existing learning requirement. She explained that the meeting also evaluated the previous program, to discuss the program should be repeated. Therefore, it was related to the excellence of each study program. “We need to manage the program according to the future development and need assessment,” she said.
Afterwards, Vice-Dean II FKIP Unmuh Babel, Ayen Arsisari MPd also explained several things about the activities that have been carried out. The evaluation of the programs was expected to measure the effectiveness of the activities that have been carried out to improve the branding and quality. “The current program on the Tridharma ‘three values’ implementation of Unmuh Babel, comprises education, research, and community service,” he added. Moreover, FKIP Unmuh Babel also supported the program policy of Independent Learning-Independent Campus from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology. [] Diktilitbang
