A team from Universitas ‘Aisyiyah (Unisa) Bandung students passed the final for Emergency and Disaster Nursing Student Champions (NSC). The category they followed was an in-hospital category. Poltekkes from the Ministry of Health Science (Kemenkes) Bandung held the competition. Student affairs staff of Poltekkes, Hanif Subagja, SST FT, mentioned the prideful achievement on Monday (8/11).
The team managed to pass a series of competition activities and compete with various groups of Poltekkes all over Indonesia. “The final, Insya Allah, will be held in Poltekkes Kemenkes Bandung. The final stage will be conducted on 9-10 December 2021,” Hanif said. Previously, the Unisa Bandung team, which consisted of eight people, was divided into two groups.
Afterwards, the Chief of Unisa Bandung representative, Zamzam, explained the preparation to compete in the championship. “The preparations include the comprehension of the materials guided by our supervisor, Mrs. Santi,” he admitted. However, they have prepared various things for the competition. They have designed their public speaking and poster production. “Afterwards, there is also the preparation of in-hospital and pra-hospital activities,” Zamzam said, as reported on the official Unisa Bandung site.
Moreover, the Universitas ‘Aisyiyah Bandung team who competed in Emergency and Disaster NSC prepared more for the final ahead. The final was planned to be conducted offline.
