UM Palembang Doctoral lecturers were elevated to 84 lecturers. After finishing the Strata-III study, the Faculty of Agriculture Science of UM Palembang added a lecture with a doctoral degree. Dr Boby Muslimin, MSi completed his doctoral degree in Agricultural Science and became the 84th doctoral lecturer in Universitas Muhammadiyah Palembang.

A male lecture born in Palembang, 07 December 1984 accomplished to complete his study in the Doctoral Program of Agricultural Science of Postgraduate program in Universitas Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta. It achieved the Doctoral degree after Doctoral Promotion Examination virtually on Wednesday, 27 January 2021.

In the Doctoral Promotion Examination, Dr Boby Muslimin, MSi analyzed the DIssertation topic “Morphometric characters of Cork fish (Channa striata Bloch, 1793) from Intraspecies in Sumatra Island To Cultivation Development”, with Promotor: Prof. Dr. Ir. Rustadi, M.Sc., Co-Promotor 1: Dr. Ir. Ignatius Hardaningsih, M.Si., and Co-Promotor 2: Dr. Bambang Retnoaji, M.Sc.

On this occasion, the Rector of UM Palembang, Dr Abid Djazuli, SE MM, appreciated and congratulated Dr Boby Muslimin, MSi, for the Doctoral Promotion Examination of Agricultural Science of the Postgraduate Program in Universitas Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta.  “I expect by this lecturer achievement as a doctor in Agriculture Science, the Study Program of Aquaculture of Agriculture Science Faculty can elevate the quality of the institutions and graduates,” he said.
