Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof DR HAMKA (Uhamka) held a Technical Guidance (Bimtek) for the Proposal Submission in Friday (24/12). The proposal was specified for a community service grant from the Indonesian Ministry of Education Culture Research and Technology for 2022 funding. The agenda was conducted in the Mini Theatre 1, Third Floor of Faculty of Economic and Business, Uhamka. Twenty lecturers from various faculties attended the technical guidance. They accompanied the Head of the Institute for Community Service and Empowerment (LPPM), Ghufron Amirullah, and Prof Yus Mochamad Cholily who became the resource person by theme “Discussing the Eighth Revision Guideline.”
The discussion aimed to help the lecturers through guidance and training of the proposal submission for the community service program in Uhamka. Ghufron Amirullah explained the lecturers would require an upgrading program to elevate their knowledge in short. “LPPM Uhamka also has a good relationship with several village partners. Therefore, LPPM can support the lecturers that conduct the service program,” he said, as reported on the Uhamka site.
Recently, Uhamka has approximately six village partners. Ghufron also expected the technical guidance to operate well, and the lecturers could apply to each faculty. Afterwards, Prof Yus Mochamad Cholily mentioned the eleven groups of the community service program divided into three groups. The three groups comprised of societal concern, regional, and entrepreneurship programs.
“Later, there will be another program in each group,” said Prof Yus Mochamad Cholily. The societal concern would support the community partnership. Meanwhile, the regional program would assist the National Elementary School Competition (PPDN) and preeminent program in the community. Afterwards, the entrepreneurship program would help the entrepreneur and product development.
