By raising the theme “From East Java For Indonesia Towards World Championship”, the competition was conducted for three days, Monday-Wednesday (27-29/06).
As a rock climbing athlete, Ulum admitted that he has rehearsed for 6 months to prepare for the championship. “So I can compete optimally, I already prepared myself and practiced in the last 6 months. Alhamdulillah, I achieved the maximum result,” he said. The students from Surabaya also explained that he will always be ready to follow rock climbing competitions. “Our next target is to represent East Java for an International competition,” he added.
