Universitas Muhammadiyah Semarang (Unimus) held Learning Media Webinar themed “To initiate ideas of hybrid learning in Higher Education” online, Friday (20/08). The webinar was a continuous series conducted by a team of Independent Campus Competition Program (PKKM) Grant collaborated with the Institute for Development and Quality Assurance of Education (LP3M) Unimus. The webinar aimed to respond to the complaint from the distanced-learning system with hybrid implementation by combining distance learning and face-to-face learning.
In his remarks, Dr Samsudi Rahardjo appreciated the webinar on learning media with idea initiation in hybrid learning. “The hybrid learning process in a system to disseminate knowledge is important, especially lecturers who should be capable of using and mastering the new learning system, so it can produce documents to be student’s module,” he said. He expected the activity to share materials about the combination learning method (hybrid) applied in the Covid-19 pandemic and sustained in the future.
Dr Uwes Anis Chaeruman, MPd as the consultant and Education Technology Lecturer of Universitas Negeri Jakarta, Dr Samsudi Rahardjo, MT, MM as the Vice-Rector III, and Dr Edy Soesanto, SKp, MKes as the Head of LP3M attended the agenda as the resource persons and followed by 100 participants from Unimus and other Higher Education Institutions.
