Located in the parking lot of the Medical and Health Science Faculty (FKIK), the campus provided a free service for motorcycles, medical checks up, and Household Loan Credit (KPR) exhibition. Besides varied programs, the campus also shared special gifts through games. The programs specifically targeted lecturers and educational personnel in Unismuh Makassar for two days, from Wednesday to Thursday (14-15/09).
The programs were opened by the Rector of Unismuh Makassar, Prof Ambo Asse, that collaborated with CIMB Syariah Bank, and PT Suraco Jaya Abadi Motor. On the other hand, Prof Andi Sukri Syamsuri, the Person In Charge, explained that Unismuh has always prepared great service to the students. Therefore, the lecturers and staff should always be in a good condition before the academic learning process starts. “The lecturers, staff, and the cleaning service’s vehicle should be ready as they can not be late to work. The free motor service has been prepared for 100 vehicles, specific for the Yamaha. But we have prepared for the change of motor oil on the other brands,” said Prof Andi when delivering his remarks.
The staff who have no vehicle, he added, could loan a motor with some exemptions. “In this event, the staff can pay in installments without the down payment (DP). They can even directly bring the motor home with its Vehicle Ownership Certificate (BPKB),” he said. On this occasion, CIMB Syariah also offered Household Loan Credit with a low-interest rate. In addition, it also provided bullion ownership service.
