After recently winning the National level, UMP students had succeeded in receiving Financial Assistance for the 2021 International Credit Transfer Program. “Alhamdulillah, UMP received this financial assistance from the Directorate of Education and Student Affairs of Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology for 10 students,” said the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs UMP Ir Aman Suyadi MP, Thursday (1/7).

In 2021, UMP submitted proposals of their 10 students, namely, Arini Wijayanti and Mohamad Irham from English Language Education. Meanwhile, from English Literature, they were Luna Nur Lestari and Yunda Asri Lestari. For Accounting, they were Didi Setyono and Rahmah Tajali Nadifa. “Alhamdulillah, all of them passed and received financial assistance. Of course, It is a prideful achievement because UMP has to compete with Universities throughout Indonesia, both the state and private universities,” he said.

Aman is optimistic that more students will pass and receive international credit transfer program assistance in the next year. “InsyaAllah, we will prepare in 2022 so that more students will receive and assist with international credit transfer programs. I congratulate the students who have succeeded in obtaining the grant. We hope that the students will be able to improve their competence and be able to compete at the international level,” he concluded.
